Buffalo, NY: This year’s annual Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross Championship saw riders battling for 34 titles under clear skies and great temperatures. Dunlop riders won 32 of those championships, and of those Team Dunlop Elite riders took seven titles, including Casey Cochran (2), Seth Dennis (2), Ryder DiFrancesco (1), Gavin Towers (1) and Drew Adams (1). The track favored Dunlop’s versatile Geomax® MX33, the tire of choice among the Daytona champions.
“The RCSX at Daytona always has a soft spot in my heart since I raced it myself the first two years,” said Rob Fox, Amateur Motocross Support Manager. “Dunlop has been involved with the event since day one and we always look forward to great racing inside the speedway.”
