Buffalo, NY: The 2019 FIM SuperEnduro World Championship ended with high drama in Bilbao, Spain, this past weekend as American points leader Colton Haaker, (Husqvarna) battled hard with fellow American Cody Webb (KTM) to the very end.
In the three-race format, Haaker struggled to a third-place finish in the first race, but regrouped to win the second round. Another third place in the final race was followed by a crash over the finish line that knocked Haaker out, but secured his third SuperEnduro World Championship by a mere four points. He woke up on the track surrounded by his celebrating crew.
Haaker relied on Dunlop’s special EnduroCross Geomax® line of tires, designed specifically for the unique challenges riders of EnduroCross and SuperEnduro face every race.
