Rancho Cucamonga, CA – Dunlop Motorcycle Tires, the official tire partner for MotoAmerica racing, proudly announces the formation of the Team Dunlop Road Racing Elite, a program dedicated to supporting the next generation of amateur road racers.
In 2025, Dunlop will extend its highly successful Team Dunlop Elite program, which has long supported motocross and flat track riders, to include select amateur road racers. This expansion builds upon Dunlop’s commitment to the racing community since MotoAmerica’s inception in 2015 and aims to foster the growth and development of emerging talent in road racing.
The Team Dunlop Road Race Elite program will mirror the benefits offered to motocross and flat track athletes. Team members receive exclusive support and resources on and off the track, enabling them to focus on honing their skills and reaching new levels of competition. The inaugural roster includes MotoAmerica Mini Cup champions Mahdi Salem, Jase Dill, Gabriel Datis, and Chase Jazikoff, along with Hank “Danger” Vosberg, international racer Kensei Matsudaira, Connor “Corn Dog” Raymond, and mini-bike talents Cooper “The Mayor” Jazikoff and Cruise “Shark Bait” Texter.
Since its inception 18 years ago, Team Dunlop has been dedicated to supporting amateur motocross athletes with tire support and exposure, paving the way for many to transition into the professional ranks. Notable alumni include Eli Tomac, Adam Cianciarulo, Chase Sexton, Justin Barcia, Haiden Deegan, Ashley Fiolek, Ryder DiFrancesco, Austin Forkner, Garrett Marchbanks, Aaron Plessinger, and Jess Reynolds. Dunlop aims to replicate this success with the Road Race Elite program, guiding young road racers as they progress towards professional careers.
“We are very excited with the challenge of creating a new Team Dunlop Road Race Elite amateur program,” said Cori Maynard, Amateur Road Race Support Manager and Motorsports Logistics Coordinator for Dunlop Motorcycle Tires. “Our amateur motocross and flat track program are one of the most successful programs in the country and we look forward to making the Team Dunlop Road Race program just as prestigious.”
Through this program, Dunlop continues its mission to nurture and empower young talent across various racing disciplines, helping riders chase their dreams and elevate the sport of road racing.
